Common Ownership

We feel it is important that our customers be aware that Equisure Financial Network (Equisure), an affiliate of Intact Insurance, has a direct ownership interest in our brokerage. We currently also have interest-bearing financing at market rates provided by Intact Insurance.

Compensation

Like other insurance brokers, we are compensated by a commission paid annually for both new business & renewals. The range of compensation varies by insurance company and policy type. This commission forms part of your insurance premium.

Contingent Profit

Certain insurers recognize our efforts in providing profitable business through a contingent profit commission. Contingent profit commission is not guaranteed. For detailed information on Contingent Commission, please go to the individual company’s website.

Our role is to provide you with the best insurance value, from one of the various companies we represent, that combines coverage, service, and price. We also provide personalized, quality service that includes professional insurance advice, ongoing policy maintenance and claims support.
